Automatic Pan Feeding System
This automatic feeding system delivers feed via helical spring auger rotation, consisting of main feed line and pan feeding line.
Main Feed Line
Starts from feed silo or manual hopper. Equipped with end feed sensor to automatically start and stop the motor, realizing fully automatic feed conveying.
Pan Feeding Line
Each branch feeding line is fitted with feed sensor for automatic feeding control.
Hopper
- Knock-down structure, saves shipping space and protects galvanized surface
- Plate thickness: over 1.2mm
- Material: 275g hot-dip galvanized steel sheet
Feed Level Sensor
Two imported brands optional:
- Germany IFM two-wire feed sensor
- Israel Agrologic three-wire feed sensor

Automatic Nipple Drinking Line System for Poultry Farm
This complete automatic drinking system consists of pre-water treatment unit, main water supply unit, water inlet assembly, pressure regulator, line end assembly, nipple drinking lines, lifting winches, suspension & lifting system and anti-perching device.
Pre-water Supply Unit
Equipped with water filter, flow meter, pressure gauge, pressure regulator and dosing injector. Water tank and pressure stabilizing device are available as options.
Pressure Regulator
Integrated functions of pressure adjustment, backflow prevention and water level indication. Easy operation and sensitive response. Internal valve adopts virgin material, featuring soft texture and anti-aging property.
Lifting Winch
Gears are treated for high wear resistance and structural strength. Overall surface coated with paint, nice outlook and long service lifespan.
Square Pipe Drinking Line (Lubing Type)
Drinking nipple housing is made of POM and stainless steel with double cone seal structure, ensuring excellent tightness and stable performance.
Adopts 22×22 virgin PVC square pipe with light-blocking additive inside, effectively inhibiting bacteria and algae growth.
Galvanized pipe and aluminum triangular bracket are optional alternatives.
Round Pipe Drinking Line (Plasson Type)
Fitted with corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy brackets. Smooth round pipe ensures fluent water flow, clip-on design enables quick and easy installation.
Upgraded double-sealed cone nipple delivers better using effect. Hollow drinking cup design owns higher stability.
